Available in three configurations, these non-contact probes are designed primarily for integration by OEM users and customers into their measurement system.

Conoprobe 1000	NanoConoprobe	Conoline

	•	Mark 3 Conoprobe 1000 - The ConoProbe is a robust and high precision optical conoscopic holography sensor, for distance, surface contour, 2D profile, thickness and 3D measurements. The ConoProbe is collinear and is capable of object coverage ranging between 1-200mm.
	•	NanoConoprobe - Distance, profile, thickness and 3D measurement sensor for transparent, specular and reflective surfaces. The NanoConoprobe measurements reach a depth resolutions in the nanometer scale and lateral resolution below 1µm, all in high speed motion.
	•	Conoline - line sensor for 2D or 3D measurements. Conoline is a co-linear non-contact line measuring sensor. Its unique telecentric optical design overcomes the shadowing effect that is common with other line sensors in the market today. It has optional interchangeable objective lenses, enabling measurements of <5µm precision.
