Laser Interferometer

Typical applications include machine tool calibration and compensation, calibration of CMMs, checking of large dimensions on items such as aircraft structures and dynamic measurements.

Lase Interferometer

A unique feature of the system is that the laser does not use any heating method to stabilize its frequency, which gives it two advantages: no warm up is required, so the system is ready for measurement as soon as it is switched on. Secondly, the unit can be mounted directly onto machines with minimal influence on thermal stability.
