GTMA Manufacturing and Measurement 2016 show, 13th October at the Concord Centre in Sheffield
Spectrum Metrology will be demonstrating a range of surface finish, dimensional and flatness measurement systems at the forthcoming Manufacturing & Measurement show in Sheffield.
In particular, the Taylor Hobson Talyvel precision electronic level will be on show with it’s new, icon driven operating software giving a clean and user-friendly interface to the operator. Measurements are taken directly from the PC and error correction within the software allows higher accuracy and stabliity of results.
The Talyvel system is used extensively for the flatness calibration of granite or cast iron surface tables to international standards. The Talyvel 6 with the addition of the Electro Optics Analysis Software gives a fast and reliable method of calibration (click here for further details).
Also on show will be the Surtronic range of surface finish measurement instruments and also the Schneider VideoCAD Rapid 2D Geometry Measurement system, offering high definition dimensional measurement in a matter of seconds.
The Manufacturing & Measurement 2016 show is at the Concord Centre in Sheffield and guest speakers include Simon Gough-Rundle (Rolls-Royce) and Alan Olifent ( Jaguar Land-Rover Ltd).
