The Surtronic Duo roughness checker(9 surface parameter options) uses reliable Bluetooth communication between the measurement head and its remote control. The robust, rechargeable Surtronic Duo has an intuitive 3-button menu and a crisp colour LCD screen with graphical display.
VideoCAD Rapid precision geometry measurement station combines high quality optics with intuitive Saphir software to recognise groups of components in various orientations and combinations for instant measurements; invaluable for large and varied batches of small components such as stampings and pressed metal parts.
The Taylor Hobson Form Talysurf Intra Touch (for surface finish, form and optional contour analysis)incorporates the user-friendly Talyprofile software on a touchscreen tablet PC, and even allows measurement on interrupted surfaces, making it ideal for both shop floor and measurement room.
Talyvel 6 precision level interfaces directly to a touchscreen PC and can be used in wireless mode for complete flexibility, making light work of flatness checks on surface tables.
Surtronic-R Roundness range offers a high speed, high precision roundness system ideal for workshop or inspection room measurement of components such as bearings and automotive components.
The exhibition also includes a comprehensive conference and workshop programme with speakers from Nissan, Hitachi Rail, University Of Sheffield AMRC and many more.
