Free Analysis Software with Talyvel electronic levels (expiry 31 July 2015)
With it’s touch screen operation and icon driven menus, the new Electro Optics Analysis software from Taylor Hobson is an invaluable accessory for the Talyvel 6, particularly for detailed flatness measurements on granite and cast-iron tables.
The newly designed Talyvel 6 interfaces directly to a touch screen computer and can be used in wireless mode for complete flexibility. Used for measuring straightness, flatness or absolute level, Talyvel 6 combines exceptional accuracy, stability and repeatability.
The Talyvel 6 is widely used to check the flatness of granite and cast-iron tables where the Electro Optics Analysis software allows significant time savings in calibration time. The new software is Icon driven which means that all measurement steps are shown as a clear pictorial display. Each stage of measurement is prompted by the computer display, which also indicates when any error of operation has occurred, making it simple for even inexperienced personnel to carry out measurements.
Flatness measurements can be calculated and displayed in Union Jack or Grid pattern in accordance with international standards and the software allows the results to be displayed as a line diagram, profile chart, or 3D display.
The new software also allows the results to be presented in a variety of graphical and tabular forms and printed in the form of a certificate with a record of any additional measurement/environmental data.
Usually sold as an optional accessory, for a limited period the new Electro Optics Analysis software is available free of charge with all new Talyvel 6 orders (until 31 July 2015).
